Job Description
A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an ambitious and experienced Family Solicitor at Senior Associate or Partner level to join its established team in Norwich.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior family lawyer looking to take the next step in their career, play a key role in the development of a successful practice, and work on a high-quality privately funded caseload within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
THE ROLE
Joining a respected and growing Family team, you will handle a varied and interesting caseload of privately funded family matters, including:
• Divorce and complex financial remedy proceedings.
• High-net-worth family matters.
• Private children law matters.
• Cohabitation and separation disputes.
Alongside managing your own caseload, you will play an active role in business development, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of the team. You will also have the opportunity to support, supervise and mentor junior colleagues, helping to develop talent across the department.
For the right individual, this role offers the chance to make a genuine impact on the direction and continued success of the practice.
THE CANDIDATE
We are keen to hear from established Family Solicitors with 7+ years’ PQE and a strong background in privately funded family law.
You will demonstrate:
• Excellent technical knowledge across a broad range of family law matters.
• A commitment to exceptional client care and service delivery.
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of business development.
• The ability to build lasting client relationships and contribute to the growth of a practice.
• Experience in supervising or mentoring junior lawyers, ideally with a desire to take on a greater leadership role.
Whether you are an established Partner seeking a new platform for growth or a Senior Associate ready to take the next step, this opportunity offers scope to develop your career and influence the future of a successful team.
THE FIRM
You will be joining a well-respected firm with a strong reputation for quality work and a collaborative approach. The firm offers a supportive working culture, flexible and hybrid working options, ongoing training and development, and clear opportunities for career progression.
With an emphasis on professional development and long-term success, this is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded team where your expertise and ambitions will be valued.
