THE ROLE:
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled Family Solicitor with significant experience in advising privately paying clients on all aspects of relationship breakdown, divorce and financial matters. The successful solicitor will manage a varied caseload of high-quality private family work while contributing to the continued growth and success of the department through business development and networking activities. You will develop referral relationships with professional contacts, including financial advisers, accountants and other introducers. Contributing to marketing and business development initiatives. Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm procedures. Ideally you will have Membership of Resolution, Family Law Accreditation or equivalent specialist recognition, an established professional network and referrer relationships and experience supervising junior lawyers and support staff.
