An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established law firm based in Truro, Cornwall.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancer looking to join a busy and supportive team, handling a varied residential property caseload and working with clients across the local market.

The successful candidate will have solid experience managing residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, together with the ability to deliver a high standard of client care and keep transactions progressing efficiently.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property matters, including:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.

Remortgages and transfers of equity.

Managing transactions from initial instruction through to post-completion.

Reviewing contracts, raising enquiries and dealing with searches.

Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors.

Ensuring transactions progress smoothly and deadlines are met.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in residential conveyancing and be confident managing a caseload with minimal supervision. You will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to client care.

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives and experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners.
