Residential Property Lawyer – 2+ Years’ Experience, Bedfordshire / Hybrid Working | Salary DOE. An excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join a well-established national law firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice and exceptional client service. Working within a successful Property team, you will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload while benefiting from a supportive environment, flexible hybrid working and genuine opportunities for career progression. OVERVIEW:
The successful candidate will manage their own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, covering sales and purchases, remortgages, new builds, shared ownership, lease extensions, transfers of equity and other residential property matters. You will also support junior colleagues, develop client relationships and identify opportunities for cross-referrals across the firm. Applications are welcomed from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with at least two years’ experience, or equivalent experience managing a residential caseload. Strong technical knowledge, excellent client care and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities are essential. A proactive, commercially minded approach and local property market knowledge would be advantageous.
