Civil Litigation Solicitor (Partner), 8+ Years PQE, Essex, up to £80,000+ (DOE) - Are you an established litigation specialist ready for a new challenge, or a Senior Associate looking for the right opportunity to make the move into partnership? JOB REF:5731

THE ROLE:
• This is an opportunity to build on an established practice, work with a diverse client base and play a key role in shaping the future of a growing department.
• You will handle a varied and challenging caseload, advising clients on complex disputes and helping them achieve practical, commercially sound outcomes.
• Alongside your own fee-earning work, you will contribute to the development of the team, support junior colleagues and work closely with the Head of Department on future growth plans.
• Managing a varied portfolio of civil and commercial disputes, including complex and high-value matters.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Civil Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 8 Years PQE looking for that next step in their career.
• You will be a confident and experienced litigator with the technical ability, commercial judgement and ambition to make a significant contribution at senior level.
• Extensive experience handling civil litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• The ability to manage complex cases effectively while balancing client objectives and commercial considerations.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to networking and business development.
• Experience supporting or supervising colleagues, with the leadership qualities to help a team succeed.
