A well-established Somerset law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing property team.

You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build and shared ownership transactions. Experience handling rural or agricultural property matters would be advantageous.

About You
• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• Ideally 3+ years' residential conveyancing experience
• Able to manage a caseload independently
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Experience with leasehold, new build and complex property transactions is desirable
