BANKING SOLICITOR (ASSET BASED LENDING), 4+ PQE, MANCHESTER - Take the next step in your banking career with a leading team handling high-value finance work.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Banking Solicitor to join a highly regarded team in Manchester, with a particular focus on asset-based lending. You’ll work closely with Partners on a varied range of finance and security matters, advising lenders, banks, corporates and fund managers.

The Role

Advise on asset-based lending and a broad range of banking and finance matters.
Work alongside Partners on transactions involving real estate finance, capital markets, leveraged finance and corporate lending.
Act for a varied client base, including lenders, banks, corporates and fund managers.
Gain exposure to high-value work and develop your experience within an established team.
The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE.
Experience in asset-based lending is essential.
Relevant experience gained within a leading national, regional or city practice.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
