A leading Bristol-based law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team at Senior Associate level.
You will handle a varied caseload including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, lease renewals, development work, and commercial property support on corporate transactions.

The ideal candidate will:
• Have circa 7+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
• Be confident managing a busy caseload independently
• Possess strong client relationship and business development skills
• Take a pragmatic and commercial approach to legal advice
• Enjoy mentoring and working collaboratively within a team
