OVERVIEW:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to play a key role in the continued success of the department, advising a diverse client base including property developers, investors, landlords, tenants and financial institutions. You will provide clear, pragmatic and commercially focused advice while managing a varied caseload and maintaining strong client relationships. Alongside your fee-earning work, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues, contribute to departmental leadership, support business development and become involved in wider firm initiatives. Applications are welcomed from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE, with previous experience supervising or mentoring junior team members essential. You will need exceptional communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. On offer is a salary of £65,000+ depending on experience, a competitive benefits package and genuine opportunities for career progression.
