Conveyancing Paralegal | Nottingham | Competitive Salary DOE

An established and well-regarded firm is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their successful and busy Conveyancing Department based in Nottingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Conveyancing Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing a varied residential property caseload.

The Role
• Supporting and managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Handling a busy caseload efficiently and accurately
• Working in line with Lexcel and CQS quality standards
• Providing a high level of client care throughout the transaction process
• Working collaboratively within a well-established conveyancing team

The Ideal Candidate
• Experienced Conveyancing Paralegal or Residential Conveyancer
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
• Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Proactive, organised, and client-focused
• Committed to maintaining high compliance and quality standards
