Residential Property Solicitor

Residential Conveyancer, 2+ Years PQE, Worcestershire, £(DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a thriving team. JOB REF:TL3292.

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE looking for a fresh challenge.
• You will be responsible for a varied residential property caseload to include sales, re-mortgages, freeholds, leaseholds, and new plot purchases
• You will need previous experience handling residential conveyancing transactions
• You will be able to run a caseload under minimal supervision
• It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
