Residential Property Solicitor, 4+ PQE, up to c£50,000 plus extensive benefits, West Midlands. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Solicitor to join this busy Residential Property Team on a full-time permanent basis. Applicants should have a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience (PQE). The firm work in state of the art, modern, open plan offices which are light, bright and home to brilliant facilities and that make for a great collaborative and efficient working environment. RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR:
A top opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment and wants to manage their own caseload with real support and career progression. You will handle a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion, including:
• Freehold and leasehold sales & purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• New build and shared ownership transactions
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors
• Managing files from onboarding through to post-completion
• Ensuring compliance with UK conveyancing regulations and AML requirements

As a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced fee earner, you will have proven experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently, strong knowledge of the UK conveyancing process, excellent client care and communication skills, ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and comfortable using case management systems.
