Overview
We are seeking a motivated Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and busy property team in the West Midlands. This opportunity is open to Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, non-qualified fee earners.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive firm offering genuine career progression and hands-on exposure to a varied residential caseload.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Dealing with remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and new build transactions
• Drafting contracts, reports on title and related legal documentation
• Conducting title checks, searches and raising enquiries
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
• Ensuring compliance with SRA and AML regulations
• Delivering high standards of client care and maintaining strong working relationships

Candidate Profile
• Qualified Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE), Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
• Experienced non-qualified conveyancing fee earner
• Ability to manage files independently or with appropriate supervision
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
