Regulatory Lawyer, 18 month FTC, 3 + Years’ PQE, London/ Hybrid, £54,000 - £56,000. The organisation operates within a hybrid working arrangement, with at least two days a week in the London office, with added flexibility to attend team and company events. OVERVIEW:
•You will manage a diverse caseload covering investigations, enforcement, fitness to practise and interim suspension matters
•Make autonomous decisions in complex and high risk cases
•The appointed lawyer will handle issues with potential reputational risk and managing related litigation
•The organisation operates within a hybrid working arrangement, with at least two days a week in the office
•The organisation is looking for to qualified solicitors, barristers, and FCILEx with experience managing a caseload of complex legal or regulatory matters
•The ideal candidate will have experience with case management, investigations, enforcement, or working for a regulator, as well as familiarity with committees, boards, and regulatory procedures
