OVERVIEW:
• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 8 years’ PQE.
• You will be responsible for a varied employment caseload top include drafting contracts and policies, settlement agreements, corporate support and tribunals including unfair dismissals and discrimination claims.
• You will be joining a friendly and supportive team that offer employment and HR services to both employers and employees.
• You will supervise and mentor more junior members of the team.
• Commercially astute, with the ability to deliver clear, pragmatic advice.
• Excellent advocacy, drafting and client relationship skills.
• A proactive and collaborative team player, with an eye for business development.
• Competitive remuneration package.
