OVERVIEW:
•The appointed solicitor will provide expert advice to clients locally, nationally, and internationally on all areas of corporate Law.
•Including share and asset sales and purchases, mergers and restructurings, shareholder agreements, investments, secured lending, and other related transactions
•You will handle exciting and varied transactions, including deals in the video games sector, ranging from small scale projects to those valued at over £100 million
•Applications are open to qualified solicitors with at least 5 years’ PQE or equivalent in corporate law
•Ideally you will have strong business development expertise, with a demonstrated track record of building and sustaining a loyal client base while actively creating new business opportunities.
