The Role:
  • Lead and manage a broad range of corporate transactions including M&A, private equity, reorganisations, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures.
  • Work closely with partners on high-value, high-profile matters while also independently managing your own caseload.
  • Offer clear, commercially-focused legal advice to a diverse client base.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to ongoing business development and cross-selling across the firm.
  • Help drive strategic growth in the London market while contributing to a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Play a key leadership role in mentoring junior lawyers and helping to grow the team’s technical capability.
 
About You:
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in corporate law.
  • Demonstrable expertise in a wide range of corporate matters and strong deal management experience.
  • Commercially astute with excellent negotiation, client-handling, and leadership skills.
  • Ambitious, dynamic, and eager to take the next step toward partnership.
  • Strong desire to mentor and support junior team members while continuing to grow your technical and market-facing profile.
