Kate Stubbs

Kate qualified as a solicitor with media litigation specialists in London, and then spent three years working in the commercial litigation and dispute resolution team of a newly established Midlands based firm. Working closely with the Managing Partner and Practice Manager, Kate’s responsibilities included business development and supervising trainees.

She then joined her family’s business where she managed a portfolio of commercial property and gained considerable business management experience. Combining first-hand experience of the legal profession and business expertise, Kate is well placed to help candidates find their dream roles and firms find exceptional team members.

• Kate focuses on the recruitment of permanent staff in the private practice sector across London and the South East region, for roles ranging from newly qualified through to partner level.
• She is able to offer to practical advice to candidates as they plan their career progression, and works in close collaboration with firms to identify solicitors who will not only excel in the job, but will also fit with the culture and personality of the practice.
