JOB TITLE: Commercial Litigation Solicitor
PQE: NQ+ years
The litigation department of this leading regional practice are experiencing an exciting growth phrase and as a result they are looking to recruit a Junior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to the team to undertake a broad and varied caseload of commercial disputes. The appointed Commercial Litigation Lawyer will be driven and ambitious and be looking for a diverse caseload of commercial disputes to get their teeth stuck into.
You will have up to 5 years PQE in dealing with a range of litigation matters and Newly Qualified Solicitors will have completed at least one seat within commercial litigation within a reputable regional practice. Ideal Commercial Litigators will have proven technical expertise in all aspects of commercial disputes and be looking for a progressive team where you can see your career flourish. Involved in the broad remit of disputes work, the appointed Litigation Solicitor will be dealing with a mixed caseload of general commercial litigation and contractual disputes.
A reputable practice who are keen to appoint a well-rounded Commercial Litigator to support the firm’s ambitious growth plans to further develop their commercial litigation team.
