Finance Manager

Finance Manager, East Midlands, Competitive Salary + Benefits. An established and expanding organisation in the East Midlands is looking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to lead its finance team. Job ref: 6009

•Lead the day to day operations of the finance department, overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll, while managing and mentoring members of the finance team.

•Take responsibility for the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports, alongside budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management. You will also oversee year end accounts and liaise with external auditors.

•Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls, while monitoring financial performance and providing commercial insight and recommendations to senior management.

•Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve financial systems, controls, reporting procedures and overall efficiency.

•Applications are welcomed from qualified Accountants or candidates with previous experience as a Finance Manager or similar leadership role. You will have strong financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting knowledge, experience managing teams, advanced Excel skills and familiarity with finance systems, alongside excellent stakeholder communication skills.
