JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor                   
PQE REQUIRED: NQ-3        
LOCATION: North Yorkshire                 
SALARY: Up to £55,000 (DOE)                   

THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join an established and busy Employment team, with opportunities available in North and East Yorkshire.
You will advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, working with a diverse client base and providing practical, commercially focused advice tailored to each client's needs.
You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your work from an early stage, build trusted client relationships and work closely with experienced colleagues across the firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor looking to strengthen their technical expertise and gain valuable experience within a collaborative team.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from newly qualified Solicitors through to those with 3 years' PQE and experience in employment law.
You will have strong communication and organisational skills, a commercially aware approach and a commitment to delivering excellent client service. The ability to manage your own caseload, build effective client relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues is essential.
You will be proactive, approachable and enthusiastic about developing your career, with a willingness to contribute to the continued success of the team.
