JOB TITLE: Family Solicitor                   
PQE REQUIRED: NQ-5        
LOCATION: North Yorkshire                 
SALARY: Up to £60,000 (DOE)                    

THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join an established and highly regarded family department. You will handle a varied caseload of family law matters, with a particular focus on matrimonial finance and private children work. The role will also include advising on relationship breakdown, cohabitation agreements and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. You will work closely with experienced colleagues, providing practical and tailored advice to clients navigating often challenging personal circumstances. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise, build trusted client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the team.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with up to 5 years' PQE, although newly qualified Solicitors will also be considered.
You will have experience in family law, ideally with exposure to matrimonial finance and private children matters. Strong communication and client care skills are essential, alongside the ability to provide clear, considered advice tailored to each client's circumstances.
You will be proactive, personable and keen to develop your career within a supportive team, with a genuine interest in building strong client relationships.
