Litigation Solicitor

Litigation & Family Law Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive | 3+ PQE | South Wales | Competitive Salary DOE

An established South Wales firm is seeking a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 3 years' PQE to join its Litigation and Family team.

The Role
• Manage a mixed caseload of litigation and family law matters.
• Advise clients on contract disputes, property disputes, debt recovery and contentious probate.
• Handle divorce, financial remedy and cohabitation matters.
• Draft legal documents, correspondence and court papers.
• Conduct negotiations and liaise with clients, counsel and third parties.
• Undertake advocacy where appropriate.
• Support business development and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements
• Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE.
• Experience managing files independently.
• Strong communication and client care skills.
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a proactive approach.
• Experience using case management systems and legal portals.
