Commercial Litigation Solicitor – 6+ Years’ PQE, Surrey | £65,000+ DOE. An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a supportive team, handling a broad range of complex and high-value commercial disputes. Job Ref: 5669

•Handle a diverse caseload of commercial and business disputes for an impressive client base including corporates, SMEs, partnerships and individuals.

•Advise on complex contractual, shareholder, professional negligence and property-related disputes, representing clients in mediation, arbitration and litigation proceedings.

•Support the wider Commercial Litigation team, including supervising junior colleagues and contributing to the department’s business development and client care objectives.

•Applications are welcomed from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE, with strong technical expertise and experience handling complex disputes.

•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, together with empathy, professionalism and the ability to build strong client relationships while working effectively as part of a team.
