JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 5+ PQE
LOCATION: Suffolk
SALARY: Dependant on experience

THE ROLE:
A highly regarded residential property team in Suffolk is keen to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer who can run their own caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion. The well-established team is continuing to grow and the supportive and encouraging team nature offers a highly recommended work environment that conveyancers strive for! THE CANDIDATE:
Along with excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work to deadlines, suitable Residential Conveyancers / Fee Earners will ideally have proven technical expertise in running their own caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion. Ideally you will have at least 5 years experience dealing with the full spectrum of residential property including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, new build and transfer of equity. This role also offers support from assistants and the opportunity to progress your career.
