Residential Property Lawyer, 3+ Years PQE, Shropshire, £40,000+ (DOE) - An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established Private Property team in Shropshire. REF:5496.

THE ROLE:
• This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Fee Earner looking to take ownership of a varied caseload, build strong client relationships and develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.
• You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to completion, delivering a professional, efficient and client-focused service throughout.
• Working closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, brokers and other professionals, you will play a key role in ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
• There will also be opportunities to get involved in networking, develop existing relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the team.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• A Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Fee Earner with at least 3 years' PQE or equivalent experience.
• A strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process.
• The confidence to manage a busy caseload independently.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
