Employment Lawyer, 2+ Years PQE, Telford, £Competitive Salary – Looking for a role where you can develop your expertise, take ownership of a varied caseload and be part of a growing team with real opportunities to progress? JOB REF: 5495.

THE ROLE:
• An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years’ PQE to join a progressive, forward-thinking law firm in Telford.
• You will manage a busy employment caseload, advising employer clients on a wide range of employment law and HR matters.
• Working alongside an expanding team, you’ll build strong client relationships and deliver practical, commercially focused advice.
• The role will also offer opportunities to get involved in HR and Employment Law training, with previous training experience considered an advantage.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applicants are sought from Employment Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
• Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
• A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as occasional client visits will be required.
