OVERVIEW:
• Manage a varied caseload of wills and probate matters, supporting clients and their families through often sensitive circumstances.
• Advise on identifying and valuing assets, distributing payments and dealing with outstanding debts.
• Prepare legal documentation and provide clear, practical advice throughout the process.
• Build strong and lasting relationships with clients while delivering a high standard of client care.
• Support the wider wills and probate team on a range of complex private client matters.
• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with at least 1 years’ post qualification experience and an interest or specialism in wills and probate.
• Strong drafting and legal research skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• An approachable and empathetic manner, with the ability to deal sensitively and professionally with bereaved clients and their families.
