OVERVIEW:
The successful Residential Conveyancer will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion, acting for a diverse range of clients. Your workload will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions. You will take responsibility for your own caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring matters progress efficiently while providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice. Building strong client relationships and maintaining a consistently high level of client care will be central to the role.

WHAT THE FIRM IS LOOKING FOR:
Applications are welcomed from Residential Conveyancers with at least 3 years' PQE or equivalent experience. The firm will also consider experienced Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives and Solicitors who have the relevant residential property expertise. You will have strong communication and organisational skills, a proactive approach and the ability to manage a busy caseload independently. Excellent attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering a high standard of client service are essential.
