A forward-thinking and well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy and successful Commercial Property team in Nottingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to take ownership of a varied caseload while becoming part of a supportive and collaborative environment with strong prospects for career progression.

The Role
You will be responsible for handling a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Lease negotiations and renewals
• Property finance and secured lending transactions
• Development and investment work
• Agricultural property matters (advantageous but not essential)

Candidate Requirements
• Be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in Commercial Property
• Have experience managing your own caseload independently
• Demonstrate excellent technical, drafting and negotiation skills
• Possess strong client relationship and business development abilities
