Corporate & Commercial Associate Director, 1-3 Years PQE, West Midlands, £Competitive (DOE) – This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded and growing team where you'll be trusted with meaningful work, supported by experienced lawyers and given the opportunity to develop into the next stage of your career. THE ROLE:
• You will build your experience across areas such as business sales and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, shareholder arrangements, commercial contracts and general business advice.
• Opportunity to manage your own work while also contributing to larger and more complex transactions alongside senior members of the team.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with between 1-3 Years PQE
• Are comfortable managing your own matters while knowing when to seek guidance
• Have experience across a range of corporate transactions and/or commercial contracts
• Enjoy getting to know clients and understanding the businesses behind the legal issues
• Take a practical, commercially minded approach to problem-solving
• Want to develop your profile and contribute to business development and networking opportunities
• Are ambitious about progressing your career and working towards Associate level
