JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer                   
PQE REQUIRED: 2+         
LOCATION: Greater Manchester                 
SALARY: Up to £45,000 (DOE)                    

THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the firm's established property team. You will manage your own caseload of residential transactions from initial instruction through to completion, providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout.
The role will involve dealing with sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and a range of other residential property matters. You will liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents and other parties to ensure transactions progress efficiently, while managing key deadlines and resolving any issues that arise along the way.
You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing legal documentation, dealing with searches and enquiries, progressing matters through to exchange and completion and ensuring all post-completion requirements are dealt with accurately.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' PQE and solid experience handling their own residential conveyancing caseload.
You will have good technical knowledge of residential property law, strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Clear communication and a strong client focused approach are essential, together with the ability to manage a busy caseload and work effectively to deadlines.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, commercially aware and confident dealing with clients and other professionals throughout the conveyancing process.
