OVERVIEW:
This established team is seeking an Insolvency Solicitor with experience across both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, covering corporate and personal insolvency. You will manage a varied caseload for an interesting client base, advising individuals, SMEs, larger national and international organisations and insolvency practitioners. The role will involve advising on a broad range of insolvency related matters, with strong technical expertise in corporate restructuring and advisory work particularly valued.

The firm is keen to hear from Insolvency Solicitors with between 1–10 PQE who have gained experience handling both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge across corporate and personal insolvency, together with experience advising a diverse client base.
