JOB TITLE: Residential Property Secretary
PQE: 2+
LOCATION: Essex
SALARY: Up to circa £30k DOE

THE ROLE:
Working as part of a team, you will be providing administrative and secretarial support to the busy residential property team. You will be providing support to the fee earners and be preparing reports, legal documents and forms, audio typing, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, opening, maintaining and closing client files as well as assisting with the progression of residential property transactions.

THE CANDIDATE:
You must have at least 12 months experience working as a Legal Secretary gained within a reputable practice renowned for their residential property offerings. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of assisting with post-completion work, general conveyancing administration and the ability to manage a busy workload while continuing with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
