Residential Conveyancer, 1+ Years PQE, Essex, £35,000+ (DOE). You will be responsible for running your own residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to post-completion, advising clients throughout the transaction and ensuring a smooth and efficient service. RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER:
Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 1 Years PQE. Your caseload will consist of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, new build transactions, shared ownership matters and general residential property advice. Alongside managing your own files, you will work closely with colleagues across the department, providing support where required and contributing to the continued success of the team. A sound understanding of the residential property transaction process and current conveyancing practice. The ability to manage files efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service. A proactive approach to business development and building lasting relationships with clients and referrers. The ability to work confidently on your own initiative while contributing positively within a collaborative team. A professional, approachable and personable manner.
