Insolvency Solicitor

Insolvency Solicitor, Norwich, 2+ Years PQE, circa £55,000 plus (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a highly regarded Partner and gain exposure to a broad and stimulating caseload of insolvency matters. JOB REF:5153.

THE ROLE:
• Applications are sought from Insolvency Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE, although candidates with strong experience in either contentious or non-contentious insolvency are encouraged to apply.
• You should have experience handling a varied caseload across corporate and personal insolvency matters and be confident advising a range of stakeholders.
• You will be responsible for a varied contentious and non-contentious caseload.
• You will advise insolvency practitioners, lenders, directors, and creditors, with a strong focus on business recovery and achieving the best possible outcomes for creditors.
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
