OVERVIEW:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join a busy Property team. You will manage your own caseload from instruction through to post completion, advising clients across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, equity release transactions, shared ownership matters, new build purchases, Help to Buy transactions, lease extensions and variations, transfers of equity, matrimonial transfers, title investigations and reporting. In addition to managing your own files, you will support junior members of the team, develop local business relationships and identify opportunities to cross refer work across the wider firm.

Applications are welcomed from Residential Property Lawyers with a minimum of 2 years' experience or equivalent experience managing their own residential conveyancing caseload. The successful candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and client care skills and the ability to work confidently with minimal supervision in a busy environment. A proactive and commercially minded approach, together with knowledge of the Bedfordshire property market, would be highly advantageous.
