OVERVIEW:

The successful candidate will have responsibilities such as:
Managing their own work allocation, processing cases on a timely and cost-effective basis.
Working on freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership properties.
Handling client enquiries both face to face and remotely.
Developing and maintaining strong professional working relationships with new and existing clients, estate agents, and lenders.

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are welcomed from candidates with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
You should have strong organisational skill set, IT literacy, and experience of using web-based case management systems.
It would also be beneficial if you are commercially astute, with an understanding of the importance of business targets and their impact on the practice, generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
