An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join a well-established local law firm with a strong reputation across County Durham.

You'll manage your own caseload of private family law matters, working closely with clients and colleagues in a supportive environment that places exceptional client care at the heart of everything it does.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of private family law matters, providing practical, sensitive and tailored advice to clients through what are often challenging and life-changing situations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Advising clients on all aspects of private family law.
Managing divorce and separation matters.
Advising on financial remedy proceedings.
Handling private children matters, including child arrangements.
Negotiating settlements and preparing legal documentation.
Delivering outstanding client care while building strong and lasting client relationships.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of service are maintained.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors who can demonstrate:

A minimum of 2 years' PQE in private family law.
Experience managing a caseload independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A compassionate, approachable and professional manner.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A genuine commitment to providing exceptional client care.
