OVERVIEW:
• Excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a forward thinking law firm offering high quality work, flexibility and genuine long term career progression.
• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters from instruction through to completion.
• Advise clients on wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, Court of Protection applications, trusts and estate planning.
• Deliver clear, practical advice while building long term client relationships.
• Play a key role in the continued growth and development of a progressive private client department.
• Suitable for qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in private client law.
• Confidently manage a broad private client caseload independently.
• Strong communication, organisational and client care skills are essential.
• Compassionate, proactive and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
