The ideal candidate will already have experience within a Personal Injury as a Legal Advisor, Paralegal or Fee Earner role and be confident managing a busy workload. PERSONAL INJURY LEGAL ADVISOR/PARALEGAL/FEE EARNER:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury professional looking to develop their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment. You'll manage your own caseload while working alongside experienced solicitors on more complex matters, delivering exceptional service to clients throughout the claims process. As a Personal Injury Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload and ensuring matters progress efficiently from instruction through to conclusion. Key responsibilities will include: Managing a caseload of litigated fast-track Personal Injury claims, handling Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) matters, drafting correspondence and legal documentation using the firm's case management system, ensuring files are progressed efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care, providing support to solicitors on multi-track and complex personal injury cases and maintaining regular communication with clients and relevant third parties. You will have a desire to develop professionally and progress your career. Experience using the Ministry of Justice Portal would be advantageous but is not essential.
