THE ROLE:
You will work alongside leading specialists on a broad range of high-value and complex contentious probate matters, including inheritance disputes, trust litigation, challenges to the validity of wills, claims under the Inheritance Act, disputes involving executors and trustees, Court of Protection matters and cases with international elements. Working closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyers, you will manage your own developing caseload while assisting on more complex matters, benefiting from excellent mentoring and genuine opportunities for career progression. You will also be encouraged to participate in networking and business development initiatives as you build your profile within this specialist area.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with up to 3 years' PQE and experience in contentious trusts and probate matters. You will have strong technical ability, excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in developing a career within this specialist field. The successful candidate will be commercially aware, organised and committed to delivering exceptional client service, with the ability to manage matters effectively while working collaboratively within a supportive team. A proactive approach to professional development and business development activities will also be highly valued.
