OVERVIEW:
You will advise clients on charity formation and registration, trustee duties, governance, regulatory compliance, charity mergers, asset transfers, charity closures and de-registrations, while liaising with the Charity Commission on a variety of matters. Your role will also involve preparing and reviewing constitutions, governance documents and internal policies to ensure clients remain compliant with the latest legal and regulatory requirements. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years' PQE and proven experience advising charities on governance, administration and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will possess excellent technical knowledge, strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships while delivering an exceptional standard of service.
