THE ROLE:
Working alongside the Head of department, you will play a key role in the continued growth of the practice while managing your own caseload of complex, high-value family matters with an international element.
You will advise clients on sophisticated divorce and financial remedy cases, build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to the strategic development of the department. The role also offers significant involvement in business development, networking, and profile-raising activities, providing an excellent platform for career progression.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 6 years' PQE and substantial experience in family law, ideally including complex financial remedy and international divorce matters.
You will have exceptional client management skills, strong commercial awareness, and a proven track record of delivering outstanding client service. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience of winning new work through business development activities, be confident supervising junior lawyers and possess the ambition to help grow a successful and expanding practice.
