Residential Property Solicitor (Part-time)

Residential Conveyancer | Worcestershire | 2+ PQE | Full-Time or Part-Time Considered

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Worcestershire, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy and successful Property Department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner looking to join a supportive team with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service to clients across the region.

The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, with appropriate administrative support.

Matters will include:
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• Buy-to-let purchases and investments
• Registered and unregistered land transactions
• General residential property advice

The role offers a high degree of autonomy while working within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Candidate Requirements
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Chartered Legal Executives, or experienced non-qualified Conveyancers with a proven track record in residential property.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• A proactive and organised approach to workload management
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high-quality service
• Experience using case management systems
