Job Description

Residential Conveyancer, 2+ Years PQE, North Wales, £30,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join an expanding team. REF:4497.

THE ROLE:
• This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and well-established firm with a strong reputation for delivering outstanding client service.
• Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Handle a broad range of transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build properties.
• Deliver exceptional client care and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, brokers and other professionals.
• Work efficiently to ensure transactions progress smoothly and deadlines are met.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy workload effectively.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
