•This is a specialist role within our dedicated leasehold team, where you will manage a varied caseload including lease extensions, enfranchisement claims, and Right to Manage matters.

•You will also work closely with experienced colleagues across the wider department in a highly collaborative environment.

•The firm is looking for a specialist with at least 3 years’ experience in lease extensions, enfranchisement, and Right to Manage work.

•The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in leasehold matters, experience supervising and training junior staff, and a commitment to ongoing development in this area.

•The role offers a competitive salary along with flexible working arrangements, allowing you to work fully remotely, on a hybrid basis, or from one of the firm’s other offices.
