Job Description

Residential Property Solicitor | 2+ PQE | Devon | Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary (DOE)

A highly regarded regional law firm in Devon is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor (2+ PQE), Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join its expanding team. With a strong presence across the South West, the firm is known for its quality work, supportive culture, and excellent client relationships.

You will handle a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion. This will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and refinances, transfers of equity, new builds, and Help to Buy/shared ownership schemes. The role will involve regular client contact, as well as working closely with estate agents and lenders to ensure transactions run smoothly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience), with a strong track record of managing their own conveyancing caseload. You will be detail-oriented, organised, and confident delivering high levels of client care, with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.

In return, the firm offers a competitive salary, generous holiday allowance, hybrid working, and a genuinely supportive working environment, along with clear opportunities for ongoing career development.
