RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LAWYER:
The residential property department is one of the firm’s largest and most established practice areas, with an excellent reputation in the local market and a consistent flow of quality work. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to join a collaborative and fast-paced team environment with strong long-term prospects. The successful candidate will manage a broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

•Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
•Transfers of equity
•Re-mortgages
•New build transactions
•Shared ownership matters
•General residential property advice

You will be confident handling a busy caseload with minimal supervision. Possess excellent organisational and time-management skills. Be able to effectively manage multiple transactions and competing deadlines. Demonstrate strong communication skills when dealing with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors. Thrive in a busy, fast-moving transactional environment. This position would suit a proactive and personable lawyer who enjoys client interaction and is looking to develop their career within a highly respected property team.
