Childcare Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Bedfordshire, £50,000+ (DOE) – This new opportunity will suit an experienced Childcare Solicitor looking to join an impressive team. JOB REF: 4220.

• This is an excellent opportunity to join an established department and take over an existing caseload, offering immediate high-quality work and long-term career progression.
• You will manage your own caseload of public children matters, including care proceedings and related family law work, while undertaking your own advocacy and working closely with clients throughout the litigation process.
• Applications are sought from Childcare Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE
• You will be responsible for a varied childcare caseload with minimal supervision
• Ensuring Legal Aid matters are progressed efficiently, including interim billing through the CCMS portal
• Keeping fully up to date with developments in children law and practice
• Supporting networking and business development activities
• Law Society Children Panel Membership essential
• You will have strong advocacy skills
